Hong Boon joined Credo Real Estate as Executive Director in 2004, bringing years of real estate experience spanning valuation, research, consultancy, investment sales and advisory from work at the Chief Valuer’s office, and senior roles at the then Debenham International and Knight Frank.

He graduated with a honours degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore and holds an MBA in Financial Studies from the University of Nottingham, U.K. He is a licensed valuer and a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
