Mr. Lee has 32 years of professional experience in handling various building matters since practicing as a Building Surveyor in 1979 in Hong Kong.
In 1992, he established his company ‘L C Group’ which provides services such as building surveying, project management, development consultancy, interior design, property evaluation and investment, and property agency services. Thereafter in 1994, he set up ‘Shanghai Hailong – L C Engineering & Consultancy Co. Ltd.’
He is a Registered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Association of Building Engineers. He is also one of the pioneers in providing development consultancy to ‘The People’s Republic of China’.
